What we collect

When you call, text, book online, or send a message through this site, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address, and whatever you tell us about the painting problem. We collect this because we cannot dispatch a truck without it.

Our website also records standard technical information — the pages you visited, roughly where in the world the request came from, and what browser you used. This is aggregate traffic data. It is not tied to your name.

What we use it for

Scheduling and performing the work you asked for, invoicing it, answering follow-up questions, and keeping a service history so the next technician who visits knows what was done last time. If you ask us not to keep a history, we will not.

If you opted in to text messages, we use your number to send appointment confirmations and arrival updates. You can stop those at any time by replying STOP, and doing so does not affect the service itself.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to a lead broker. We do not share it with other contractors.

The only third parties who touch it are the services we need to operate — scheduling software, payment processing, and the phone system — and only to the extent required to do their part. We disclose information to law enforcement only where the law requires it.

Your rights

South Carolina residents may have the right to know what personal information a business has collected about them, to request its deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

To make any of those requests, call 843-602-3865. We will confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the timeframe the law requires.
